Ombre Vibrant Peacock Pocket Square

$135.00

100% Silk

The patterns on this fabric are the vibrant and mythical peacock, and the classic Karabana (imaginary Chinese Flower) which is dyed with an ombre color base. A glamorous and attractive accessory, this pocket square is an elegant way to add a touch of pattern to your ensemble.

This silk fabric was originally made for a Komon Kimono. Komon means "small repeated patterns" and dyed Komon goes back to the Muromachi period (1333 - 1573) where the samurai class began to use them as daily clothes. These patterns are equally distributed throughout the fabric and are printed from woodblocks or dyed using stencils.

Hand-finished with Baby Hem edges. Also available as a Necktie and Bow Tie.
