Faburiq proudly ships all domestic and international orders via USPS Priority Mail. Domestic orders usually take 2-3 business days while international orders can vary but usually takes 6-10 business days. Tracking numbers are provided by email at the time of shipment. Please note that international packages cannot be tracked once they reach international customs. The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages. Any shipping charges incurred due to exchanges or returns for store credit are the responsibility of the customer. Any delays at customs once the parcel has reached the destination country is not under our control. Faburiq is not responsible for packages that are stolen from the confirmed delivery location. We work hard to keep our shipping rates reasonable while still getting your items to you in the most efficient and reliable way possible, and we appreciate your understanding.
Customs, Duties and Other Fees:
Please note that shipping charges do not include taxes or duty. The customer is solely responsible for any customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees that his/her country may impose to take delivery of his/her order. In order to comply with export regulations, we are required by U.S. law to declare the exact value of all items ordered and to mark them as dutiable "merchandise."
We hope you love your purchase from Faburiq. However, if you would like to return an item for exchange or store credit please see instructions below on how to return your merchandise. Regular price items purchased from Faburiq may be returned for exchange or store credit only within 14 days of receipt of items provided they are in their original condition. Items on sale are final sale only. Please note: All shipping fees are non-refundable unless product is determined to be defective or damaged. We recommend mailing your return with tracking and insuring the package. Faburiq is not responsible if the returned package is lost or the item damaged in the mail.
How To Return Merchandise:
To return an item simply initiate the return within fourteen (14) days from the date you received the item you wish to return by contacting us at email@example.com. We'll provide you the appropriate return address. We must receive your unworn item back within 21 days of when we shipped the item to you. When returning your merchandise, please use a traceable and insured shipping method. If your return package is lost, we are not responsible for reimbursement or compensation for the lost merchandise. Package your return carefully, as we cannot return or exchange items that arrive damaged due to poor packaging.
